Big Nellie is a 483 metre plug of volcanic rock set in the middle of the Coorabakh National Park. There is a picnic area at the lookout and a walk up to the peak itself. The final few metres is a difficult climb and not recommended in wet weather or where the visibility is poor or the winds high. A spectacular lookout platform offers a good vantage point for the less adventuresome.
